I stopped by to buy my wife a 30th year anniversary gift. The ladies there were very helpful and very encouraging of my choice of earrings. They had repaired a necklace for me earlier and were very friendly and kind. Upon my return they were not pushy and allowed me to make a good decision. They also gave me a great appraisal that I took to my insurance company. All in all I was very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and kindness.
Never a high pressure sale, always a relaxed experience.
I have purchased two pieces from Bella Lusso, and had repairs made to a few of my own pieces. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the service, knowledge, and professionalism is of their staff! They stand behind everything they sell, their eye for detail is exceptional, and their outgoing, friendly personalities make the entire experience fun! I trust Bella Lusso to find me pieces that are striking, affordable, and of the highest quality! Bella Lusso is the best!
