Bella Luna: Very nice evening eating at the bar at Bella Luna. I has a Grey Goose martini and my wife and a sparkling rose. I ordered the scallops with grapefruit and bacon and Joan had the jicama salad. I asked for a recommendation for a dry white wine with my scallops and the bartender’s suggestion was perfect. A very dry white. After dinner I asked for a single malt suggestion and they (the two bartenders) offered a Auchentoshan which turned out to be the perfect choice.
