Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They helped me out very quickly and gave me advice for other issues I had with my watch, the fix was quick and a very affordable price! The only place in town to answer my phone calls and give me a clear price range. Very cute shop and I'll definitely be visiting again for other jewelry needs in the future! :)
Fantastic customer service, excellent craftsmanship. We've had a few custom orders here (gemstone place in necklace, ring resized) and the work has always been top-notch. Really appreciate that the jewelers explain their process and go over jewelry care.
