Service above and beyond! Not only are they very friendly and knowledgeable, but they were very clear about the problem with my watch and that it could not be repaired. And they did not charge me for the time spent discovering the problem. Highly recommended!

I inherited a vintage Bulova Accutron that had not run since the 1970s. I brought it in earlier today and they immediately took a look at it. They determined that it would require more extensive repairs than a new battery. They also let me know that parts for these watches were scarce and expensive. So, I decided not to move forward with a repair. Much to my surprise, they did not charge me for their examination! They could not have been nicer and I recommend them highly.

Excellent and reliable service. I had a ring that was unfortunately too big, so I went to Bella Luna to have it resized. I was given very good advice, and they took the time to find out the correct ring size. I was able to pick up the ring about a week later. It finally fits.

Highly recommended. Fast, communicative, great work. Over a handful of visits including two watch batteries, one watch strap and one deep cleaning/repair, I am convinced these are the most professional, thoughtful, and kind jewelers in the area.
