During my appointment, the nail technician, Ali Pham, was quite reserved. However, she made a few rude remarks when I asked her to repeat herself because of her soft-spoken nature. She could definitely benefit from some customer service training and social interaction practice.

Andy is extremely professional and takes excellent care of his clients. I highly recommend him.
