Rude, Rude, Rude!!! – I arrived at my appointment on time. They however decided keeping me waiting for 45 minutes was just fine. I can even forgive this, I know things happen, I just wish they seemed even a little bit sorry about it. My hair took nearly 4 hours to give a cut and color to. It probably would have been sooner if the stylist respected me saying I'd rather not have blonde highlights. She did however apologize and graciously redid them. Definitely will go back – I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair when I went in, and my hairdresser was easy to talk to and did a nice job. I liked my haircut very much!
