Although they tried to accommodate and get me done as quick as possible, the nails did not come out nicely done. I had an appointment for 8 AM and I did not get taken in until 840 and I needed to be done by 9:30. The nails had such a sloppy look to them and and the nail polish had air bubbles on it that became black. And not to mention, I already have some nails slowly getting loose and one already fell off. Kayla was so kind with me. I had a cold and she brought me water and a cough drop. The team was also wonderful with my daughter who wanted acrylics. Ruby was taking care of the woman next to me as well. I recommend!
I used to always get my nails done at Bella Lash Nails and Spa, but my last experience there was horrible. I have never felt the need to post a Google review until this experience, which was a gel removal in January. I didn't realize until after my removal appointment, but layers of my nails had been peeled away. My nails have not fully grown back yet (seven months later), so there is still a line on each of my fingernails between my newly grown nails, and my old nails where the top layers of nail are missing. Kim was wonderful she massaged my hands and feet during a very relaxing manicure and pedicure. Every one was very kind and helpful! A great place to treat yourself!
