This place expects for you to have a 580 credit score in order to move in. You can make the money with verified income, and have a perfect background and they will still expect a 580+ credit score. It's not even a gated community and it's 5 minutes away from Tamarind which is a very dangerous area. Also they hardly ever pick up the phone when you call. Very unprofessional. They only have like one woman doing all the work. Ridiculous.

I lived with my boyfriend at Bella Lago for over a year. The place is wonderful. You feel as if you're in a bit of nature thanks to the lake, landscape, and different types of anatidae walking around with their ducklings. The staff is very nice and it's a super pet-friendly place. The apartment we lived in overlooked the lake which was a real treat. I do not have any complaints of this place. This place is a ghetto shit hole tenement. Maintenance is non-existent. Work orders are marked as completed but nothing is actually done. Only one person works in the office and is NEVER there. If you need to call them be prepared to have to call hundreds of times. Drug dealers, wife beaters and horrible pet owners abound in this property. I lived here for six years but only because the location is great, and it's very affordable. But the immediate area in West Palm near here is becoming a crime zone.
