Excellent builder!!
First night spending at our new house the hot water went out. Placed a service request and no one responded.. I had to call the care number and a day later someone came out. Turns out the subcontractor that wired the house was lazy and wired the incorrectly because one of the wires didn't reach the proper breaker. Buying a house is a big investment all we ask is to be treated with integrity and respect not just take our money and disappear. We have some issues needed to get fix but the warranty department is non existent is a nightmare to get them to come. Make sure you bring your blue tape to mark all the imperfections by D.R. Welcome to Bella Lago! The HOA continues to raise fees every year as the same problems go unaddressed. It feels like they’re just waiting us out and will leave us with a tremendous burden when we take it over after they’ve picked the coffers clean. It also possible that they’re simply incompetent.
