This company prioritizes profits over patient care. They continually make mistakes involving scheduling and scheduled appointments, the office staff is not interested in providing patients with consistent care, and the responsibilities for maintaining their internal office mishaps are placed on the patients. Update 8/9/2025: I have found better and consistent care since leaving this establishment that I have remained loyal to since leaving. I hope everyone does!

The practitioners I've spoken with are kind and knowledgeable but I consistently had issues getting prescriptions sent or refilled with the right information and timing. I would not recommend.

If I could give a 0 I would. Bella Jace Center for Health office manager Emily is by far the worst person I’ve dealt with. I hate when competent people leave businesses. Our practitioners there are amazing but this office staff is like having ed, Edd and Eddie in charge of billing.

I would not recommend this place for your mental health. The first important step to bettering your mental health is someone there to schedule your appointment to get help. No ever picks up the phone. You have to leave your name and number and hope, just hope they get back to you. (They don’t). Go with a facility that takes Mental Health seriously.
