this is a wonderful and caring facility. My brother stayed there and he was very happy and everyone was kind and the home was always clean and homey. Other facilities just have a lot of recliners in a living room facing a TV, not Bella House. Its homey and the residents are able to move around freely and they get great attention. Franchisca is so great, she even took my brother to church every sunday and always tried to take the residents out for outings before Covid. I unequivocally recommend Bella House, a safe, caring and comfortable home managed by an empathetic, responsible and organized manager with an intelligent and compassionate staff. I first learned of the Bella House when a family member that I had been caring for was placed there. It is a nice environment with the comforts of home. The residents each have different needs, and they are treated as individuals. They receive home-cooked meals, medication management, and other services as needed. There is also transportation to medical appointments as well as group outings for enrichment and socialization. I highly reccomend The Bella House. The care they are giving my mom is unsurpassable. My mom has been in several facilities but The Bella House is the only one that has taken the responsibility of making and keeping all of her numerous doctor's appointments. They even took the initiative to get her dentures and see if she's a candidate for cochlear implants Before COVID they took the residents out on several day trips such as the Glendale Senior Center, Chocolate Festival and Church.
