First and foremost, The owner Lori has the worst attitude I have ever dealt with in my life! Completely and utterly unprofessional and rude. We contracted through our Home Warranty. The first trip out they said to turn off the units. We complied. The tech stated no mechanical error in the unit. We saw the frozen pipes so we know there are issues. That was 2 weeks ago. We finally got them back out and we left the units on so the tech can see the frozen pipes outside and up in the attic. The tech specifically stated it's going... read more

This company was contracted by my home warranty to repair my A/C. They had 24 hours to call and schedule an appt. That was 27.5 hours ago and I still have not received a call. It's hot and summertime in Texas, so I contacted another company on my own to fix it. Ridiculous lack of service. I would say they have poor customer service, but they just don't seem to have any customer service. From reading other reviews, it seems to be a trend. Bella was sent out by our warranty company to fix our HVAC system. tech spent 5 minutes outside said the units were 2 pounds low on R20. when asked what the root cause was the tech (Travis) said they are just old units. He was not interested in looking into the root cause. my husband asked for a quote on a new unit and he said he would get a quote right back to us. never happened. That night the system started blowing hot air because Travis had left the valve open and drained the rest of the R20 from the main unit. We had to... read more

Stay Away! They have B-rate technicians and A-class jerks in charge of customer service. Technician came out to my house and misdiagnosed the issue. After he left, I called back in to let them know the AC was still making the same noises as before. The technician came back out two other times and assured me everything was fine. Then, of course, my AC broke two weeks later. I called a different company and they repaired the AC with no issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolutely horrible service. We have had nothing but problems with our A/C since we hired them. We were told by our warranty company that Bella Heat & Air was the only company that services the area. That's not true! Our A/C unit has gone out 3 times now in 2 months. The same technician that came both times was on drugs and acted like he had no idea what he was doing. I told the company not to send him again but they did anyway. We have used Bella Heat & Air for over three years. Their techs are patient & knowledgeable. We always request them through our Home Warranty, American Home Shield. I recommend them without hesitation.
