I attended a trauma training in which Angela Belleville was speaking about her work with individuals with trauma histories, many who also have a diagnosis of PTSD. She was incredibly knowledgeable on this subject and provided a lot of case examples and visuals which were helpful. She gave us handouts to take as well as introduced concrete skills that I can use with my clients in my clinical practice. Together, Angela and I worked through CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) over the course of several months. I had to take it slowly, and Angela was very patient with me.
