Friendly staff, but I had a stressful and disappointing experience with prescription management. After a 9am Thursday appointment for medication, I followed up on Monday when no pharmacy had received my prescriptions for several days. Despite multiple follow-ups, the process remained slow and uncoordinated. Bella Primary Care is the best primary doctor we’ve ever had. The entire office is so nice. Dolores is amazing. The absolute star for me has been Ebony. Ebony’s costumer service and genuine care is nothing short of inspiring. Ebony will text me randomly just to check up on me and see how I’m doing. I want to be as good to my customers as Dolores and Ebony are to me and my family. THANK YOU Bella Team!
