Pros: Bella’s Hair Braiding was great for a last-minute appointment. They do a good job of working you in, the shop was clean, and my hairstyle came out perfect. Cons: My biggest issue was the timing and the way appointments were handled. My braider was doing another client’s hair at the same time as mine, so she would go back and forth between us. Tried To Give The Business A Chance, They Are Very Unprofessional, Leave You Waiting For Hours To Get Your Hair Done After Booking Appointment A Week In Advance . There Is No Pricing List, They Pull Prices From Out The Air . I've went to Bella"s in Rocky Mt . The experience has gotten worse since I first started. There is a young girl there that simply doesn't care. My first 2 visits went it took about 4.5hr to complete my box braiding style. The 3rd time it took 10hrs, my technician was on the phone ,stopping and breaking w/o warning. Not to mention she put the biggest ugliest curls at the end of my braids AS IF "now she wanted to rush" . And she had the nerve to need a ride home. I give them a 5 for the work a 1 for the timing they to money hungry instead of saying we can’t fit u in they’ll try to do your hair and everybody else hair being momey hungry they just need more workers but the work is amazing
Service was quick & the prices are reasonable. It's a very clean shop. I will definitely be back.
