I arrived at 3pm for simple boho braids, I was there for 6 hours because they wouldn’t get off their phones..a hairstyle that was short and simple took 6+ because they wouldn’t get off their phones, they were on calls, on insta, asked me to buy them kfc after getting charged 240 which was outrageous…it was so cold my teeth were chattering..Got mad to ask them to finish my hair after I had been seated there for an hour straight with nobody doing my hair . Don’t go here
Very great customer service and all staff girls was very nice and friendly ! They just need turn on heat in shop
Went in for knotless box braid. Got what I wanted but it took over 7 hours. Didn't have to take so long if the stylist wasn't paying so much attention to her phone. Every second she was on the phone talking or finding music on YouTube, or looking at videos. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She paid more attention to her phone than my hair. Also, sometimes she leave my hair and attend to other customer hair which got me sooooo annoyed. will not be going back to her. I don't have time to waste.
