Extremely upset, had a very important appointment the following day after my appointment. When I called I was told 2pm and put it in my calendar. When I arrived I was told my appointment was at 1:30 and she had someone else on their way to fill my time! But I never received a call or anything to ask me if I was on my way exct .won’t ever go there again!!!!
my perm rods fell out and she just picked it up and tossed them in the trash.
