I drove by and saw they were open and went in without an appointment. I was seen immediately for a manicure with gell polish. I believe I had Lilly. She was so nice. We chatted a little. Due to me using a walker & sitting in a chair with wheels, she held the chair so I could stand up. My nails look beautiful. It's been almost 3 weeks and they are just now needing redone due to my nails growing. The gel polish held up beautifully. I will definitely be returning soon.
The most rushed and disappointing manicure/pedicure experience I’ve had in decades. I’ve been getting my nails done since 1996, and this was by far one of the worst. The service felt hurried from start to finish, attention to detail was lacking, and the overall quality did not reflect the price or professionalism expected. What should have been a relaxing experience felt stressful and careless instead. Very disappointing.
