I’ve been coming here for years and have never had any issues before. I took a break from getting my nails done, so it had been a while since my last visit. I came in this afternoon around 1:45 and was told to give them a few minutes, no problem at all, I don’t mind waiting. One technician finished and went outside, which I assumed was just a quick break. I continued waiting. Then another technician finished and asked me what color I wanted, so I told him.
