I happened upon Josephina (owner) of Bella Hair Creations while looking for a special haircut (I have extremely thin hair). She did a cut and color that my husband said was the best color and cut anyone ever did! The color and highlights (custom mixed just for me) matched my skin tone and was just perfect!
