I am so impressed! I called from Michigan shortly after Bella Grace was open on a Tuesday morning in order to have a lovely bouquet sent to a dear friend in North Carolina. Nancy knew exactly the questions to ask in order to know just what to arrange. It was to my friend's house in an hour! And absolutely stunning. I received a call from the recipient and I could feel their smile through the phone. :) Thank you, Nancy!
This is now my second time Using Bella grace and Highly recommend. flowers and vase were beautiful. The florist on the phone helped me through every step and Put trust in her to choose the arrangement and I’m sure glad I did. Every time I buy flowers, I know where To go thank you Bella Grace.
I used this florist when I used to live local. I now live out of town and used Bella Grace for a dear friend’s 50th birthday celebration in Cornelius. The arrangement was beautiful!! As always, they listen, are trustworthy and have great customer service.
Bella Grace's arrangements are always stunningly beautiful. Nancy and her staff do spectacular work, and their customer service is unbeaten. I'll never use any other florist in the Lake Norman area.
Bella Grace did an amazing job on flowers for a bridal shower I attended this weekend! We ordered four bouquets for the hosts and they came out absolutely beautiful - the colors were so vibrant and complimented the shower decor perfectly! Nancy was great to work with and we will definitely be back if we need flowers in the area again!
