We lived at Bella Grace for 3 years and maintenance is OUTSTANDING!! The maintenance team would usually show up same day to fix any issues. We moved there sight unseen from the Midwest and the house was great with our own backyard. Pool & hot tub are well kept and usually empty. Leasing office is not always the friendliness and usually needs follow-up on requests otherwise I would highly recommend.
I really enjoy living here! I love the concept of a small house with its own back yard. And not having to worry about downstairs or upstairs neighbors. It’s very quiet and peaceful! Maintenance is always very prompt! The front office staff Is by far the best! Christine, Yessi & Jolene are wonderful! Always so friendly and always working with you and answering whatever questions you may have! They make any process and experience a good one!!!
I really enjoy living here, it's like living in a small house with no one above or next to you. The private yards are great especially if you have pets. Maintenance is always prompt and quick to fix issues, and the office staff is very nice and helpful, especially Christine and Jolene. Neighbors are quiet and friendly for the most part.
Before move in and even after the week I’ve been here so far Christine has been a lot of help! The staff in the office are very nice, understanding and know what they’re doing. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to where I’ve lived before. Community is very nice and easy going, which helps a lot. Very happy so far!
It's still an amazing place.We have been here for 3 years now and couldn't be happier. The front office staff is still the best, Jolene always takes time to stop and say hi whenever she sees us around the property. Looking forward to the new additions coming soon to the property..
