Previously raved about & tanked in 6 mo. Constantly changing management co.'s Third time in apx six months the property management co. has changed hands. It seems they cannot retain a management company to manage this property. Standards keep sliding downward with each transition. The newest management company is located in CA; Like prior management, they have no portfolio in AZ from which assess their standards in context to Arizona real estate, state landlord / tenant laws (the last co. ran the property, down in 4 months).... read more
I should have checked which internet providers were available BEFORE moving in. You can only get home internet through Cox. Will not go down that road again.. feel free to see my review for them. I’m not sure if Bella Grace will be adding fiber capabilities soon, my fingers will remain crossed. I can say I’ve had no negative incidents and YES!, the girls in the office are beyond amazing. Lynne & Jose have been GREAT since I've lived here going from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom! I would recommend living here for the added peace of comfort & high end security with the gates & residents!!
