I have never had to rate a first impression on management. I was a couple of minutes early for the office to open, so I parked and waited at the designated parking spot for future residents. I lived at Bella Grace for about 14 months. I moved out mid November 2025. I absolutely loved living at Bella Grace Chandler. The maintenance staff was always amazing and handled requests very quickly. Everybody in the complex was always very respectful and I never had any issues with noise or loud music at late hours. The office staff was always giving at least 48 hours notice before they needed to enter my unit or if there were any inspections that needed to be done. We’ve been here since opening! 8-9 yrs. A lot of renting “happiness” resides in the team of professionals who take care of “issues”that as renters we expect their help. Not being home owners this is the luxury of renting. The team here is fast, honest and friendly. Yessi & Jolene in the office are quick to help and nice people to work with. Our maintenance manager Francisco is professional and knows what he is doing. Always finding a solution. We are content & safe here with this team behind us.
Love my 3 bedroom!! So happy here. Moved in 4 months ago and I have no complaints! I love the fact that everything is so close a lot of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I also love the fact that every thing over here is very quiet and calm. Beautiful area
I moved in a few days ago, and they've been amazing. Accommodated us through the move in process, and have taken care of any issues immediately. The complex is really nice, and finally living in my own building after so many years in apartments has been awesome
