Update after a brief sit down with management: New dishwasher is on its way, and they are working to find the issue causing so many pests indoors with pest control management for further idea. Freezer was also completely taken apart and fixed. Thanks to maintenance team members. Fingers crossed get the pest presence resolved 🤞 - - management differs significantly from the standards indicated prior to the ownership change. I have never had to rate a first impression on management. I was a couple of minutes early for the office to open, so I parked and waited at the designated parking spot for future residents. There was a man staring at me as he was going into the office. Thought nothing much of it and I went inside when he entered the office. Turns out I had to talk to him. I lived at Bella Grace for about 14 months. I moved out mid November 2025. I absolutely loved living at Bella Grace Chandler. The maintenance staff was always amazing and handled requests very quickly. Everybody in the complex was always very respectful and I never had any issues with noise or loud music at late hours. The office staff was always giving at least 48 hours notice before they needed to enter my unit or if there were any inspections that needed to be done.
