My fiancé and I moved in this past month with our dog and have been very happy with the not only the apartment but the community. We had a couple small tasks that maintenance quickly responded too, same day. Plus the ladies were very friendly and accommodating In helping us out with our quick move. Would recommend!
My roommate and I currently signed a lease here and Christine has been amazing! We’ve had nothing but a positive experience with her. She is incredibly responsive and answers all my questions promptly and thoroughly. She has made the search for a new home so much easier and less stressful. Our interactions have been super enjoyable and she has such a fun attitude. I highly recommend Christine or any agent at this complex to anyone who is searching for a new home and is wanting a smooth and pleasant experience.
Love living here. It's quiet and clean. Maintenance is always done and when we had an issue with our A/C they were quick to get it fixed for us. Love the small backyards
We lived at Bella Grace for 3 years and maintenance is OUTSTANDING!! The maintenance team would usually show up same day to fix any issues. We moved there sight unseen from the Midwest and the house was great with our own backyard. Pool & hot tub are well kept and usually empty. Leasing office is not always the friendliness and usually needs follow-up on requests otherwise I would highly recommend.
I really enjoy living here! I love the concept of a small house with its own back yard. And not having to worry about downstairs or upstairs neighbors. It’s very quiet and peaceful! Maintenance is always very prompt! The front office staff Is by far the best! Christine, Yessi & Jolene are wonderful! Always so friendly and always working with you and answering whatever questions you may have! They make any process and experience a good one!!!
