Do not stay here!!! I could go on hours when I first moved in it seemed amazing till I noticed our bill started to rise and whenever I asked about it they said oh it just part of your utilities….i though nothing of it because I have been using flex payment less than a month goes by I tried to close the door to the bedroom and it fell right off its hinges next the bathroom door is uneven and will not close, then I went to use the dishwasher for the first time and it does not work. This place keeps billing me an extra $25 beyond my bill from Conservice each month, and they claim it is a renter's insurance waiver fee. Each month, they go to their files and dig up my renter's insurance document that I gave to them in February, apologize to me, and remove the charge. This month they charged me, again. I have submitted my renter's insurance document to their company, Foxen, also. Foxen tried to say it was expired even though the document clearly states it is good until 2026. While filling out an application for an apartment, inside my vehicle on Aug 11 at approx 1pm. I was approached by a tall blk man wearing a radio who looked as if he hadn't showered in couple of weeks. He said did u make this mess? I asked what mess? He then pointed to the pavement which had water and soap. He then asked me to clean it up. I drive away and discarded the application. Enjiy!! As I checked they had a 2.9 rsting before this review. Enjoy!
Great apartment with brand new fixtures bathroom & kitchen. Only One Big Problem: stairwell are Dark & could be very dangerous at night: PLEASE ADD LIGHTS in Stairwells. Thank U
The head maintenance guy was on point and corrected my problem quickly. He came with a smile 😁 and performed his job very well.
