Worst silk press ever!!! I would rate it zero stars, but I did not have that option. The lady that did my hair was not even Dominican super sweet though, but very disappointing how Bella was unavailable to do my hair after I called her to schedule an appointmentThen she came at the last minute trim my ends and charged me a total of $93 When I’ve never paid that much for a silk press. I had such an amazing experience with Elizabeth! I got a wash, rollers, blow dry, and trim — and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. The salon is super clean, quiet, and relaxing, which made the whole visit even better. Elizabeth is incredibly fast and talented. Just to follow up on my experience: because natalie did reach out to me after my review : my hair was over-processed with botox and she also did a bleach treatment without me asking when I only wanted brown highlights. This was my first time ever dyeing my hair, so I trusted her guidance and didn’t know too much — but instead of listening, she chose bleach, which caused lasting damage to my natural 4b/4c texture.
