Very disappointed with my Mothers day order. These flowers were not fresh and looked worse than what I could have purchased at the grocery store for a quarter of the price. Order was not delivered until 8:55pm on day of delivery. When I spoke with the shop they were not apologetic at all. They offered to ship more flowers if I returned the first ones. I declined. I am extremely disappointed with Bella Florist. Our son and daughter in law ordered flowers for Mothers Day. The note had a May 7th delivery date. The flowers were delivered May 10th and left by the front door. We were home the entire time. No doorbell was rung. My wife called Bella Florist 5 times to tell them of this situation and no one ever called back. The flowers were lovely but the delivery was horrible. This florist has been crossed off our list.

The floral website that I ordered from stated it would be a "Florist Designed White & Lavender Bouquet." I ordered the premium size. First- it was not delivered in the time frame the floral website said it would be. Second- It was delivered two hours later after the allowed time frame. Third- they did not ring the doorbell when it was delivered at 8:00 p.m. and the flowers sat outside all night. (It frosted, and hence, the flowers are now brown.) Horrible experience. Do not use this florist. Owner called me a liar when I said the flowers were wilted and argued with me then began to use vulgar language. I will never use this florist again.
