Was having trouble finding a florist to deliver to a certain place and Bella Flora came through. The staff was friendly, patient and very helpful. I left it up to the staff, to design a floral arrangement for me and it came out absolutely beautiful. I can't thank them enough!

I had to purchase flowers for a funeral and Jess was super nice, helpful and compassionate. The prices were very reasonable. And it was a super busy time, 4th of July weekend. My patience had run out, but the flower shop was immediately to the right upon entering the store. Ahhhhhh

Ordered over the phone for delivery to Monterey, and couldn't be happier. Chris was exceptionally thorough and helpful, especially because I was calling from overseas and the phone connection wasn't perfect. I gave him a few color options and my budget, and he created something stunning. He even sent a picture before delivery (at my request) so I could see how it turned out. Annie was also a big help (we communicated via email). I'll absolutely call again when I need flowers delivered in this area.
