If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered through TelaFlora an arrangement for my grandfather that was never delivered. Both TelaFlora and I tried calling multiple times, with no answer. And to add insult to injury, every arrangement they sent for my family who ordered was wrong. The names on each arrangement were wrong. How careless. We don’t even want a refund, we want the beautiful flowers we ordered as a final gift to our passed loved one. Avoid this place.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE ALWAYS MESSING UP MY ORDER. 1ST TIME I WAS TOLD THAT MY ARRANGEMENT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN TIME (3:00PM) ENDED UP BEING DELIVERED BY ALMOST 5:00PM. THE 2ND TIME I ORDERED AN ARRANGEMENT, THEY SENT THE WRONG ARRANGEMENT. TODAY I TRIED PLACING AN ORDER, TO BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CAN NOT DELIVERED THE ARRANGEMENT BECAUSE IT'S NOT IN THE AREA. THE PLACE I NEEDED THE ARRANGEMENT DELIVERED TO IS ONLY ABOUT 20 MINUTES AWAY.

Los productos q ofertan por la pagina wed de ellos tienen muy buena presentacion , pero . cuando uno va a recojeer el pedido es otra cosa y a la hora de reclamarle , y principalmente la manaller me trato muy despotamente y ofencibamente , me dijo q como yo estaba jodiendo q me daba el dinero el dinero y me quede sin el regalo para mi abuela q cumplia anos. Les aconsejo q si no quieren tener una mala esperiencia no compren aqui , son unos faltas de respeto…😡🤯🤬
