Came in with my wife about 30 minutes before closing after a long day of flooring shopping. Even though it was late, the team was super welcoming and helpful. They didn’t have exactly what we wanted in stock, but they sourced it for us and gave us a much better price than anywhere else, honestly almost too good to be true. Staff is amazing and it really feels like a family here. Highly recommend!
I chose Bella Flooring Plus because their website highlighted a “comprehensive warranty” on their products. When my laminate flooring started bubbling, I tried to file a claim. The process was convoluted, and they rejected my claim, citing vague terms. This was a costly mistake, and I regret trusting their promises.
The hardwood floors we purchased from Bella are stunning and well-crafted. The team’s attention to detail during installation made all the difference.

Bella did an amazing job, a very successful transformation of an older washroom which now looks like one out of a decor magazine.
