Best women's gym Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and world class instructors. This place has a cozy (no men) atmosphere. There are plenty of weight and cardio machines to go around no matter what time you go, and they have very flexible hours so you can be sure to get a workout in no matter what your schedule. They also have a top notch nursery, little cafe, and spa.
Save your money! Worst ran gym EVER!!! They have 3 year contracts!! I agree with the previous review. In order to get out of the contract you have to have a doctors note or move away. Funny thing is I had a doctors note and they still charged my bank account even after several calls! Its messed with my credit which was wonderful Before I started going to this place. the equipment is old and outdated.
venus i went to this gym a while back and loved it. its worth the extra cost to go! The classes are awsome and the spa qualities are nice as well. Moly the owner is really sweet and is there to help you any time
Dont Waste your money This is the worst ran gym i have ever been to. They are so disorganized. The equipment is so old and the staff do not have customer service skills, at all. NOT to mention they lock you into a 3 year contract, 3 years SERIOUSLY? Come on.. and to cancel you have to either move 20 miles away or have a doctor write you a note.
