I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen right away. The location is clean, bright and pleasant, appearing like a cross between a small jewelry store and a doctor’s office with an exam room. My piercer, Nick, was very competent and friendly. He did a great job making me feel at ease during my piercing (lobe re-opening.) The jewelry available is lovely. I would definitely recommend and use again!
Nic did an amazing job with my new piercing. All of the jewelry was beautiful which made choosing a piece hard but I am very happy with the piece I chose for my nose.
Jon recently did my tragus piercing and it was the BEST experience. I’ve had a tragus piercing done before in the opposite ear, and these two experiences were like night and day. All sterilization equipment is in the piercing room, hands are washed multiple times in the process, and he talked me through every step of the piercing. It was a calm experience because I knew what was happening and felt totally comfortable. BONUS- their jewelry is beautiful. HIGHLY recommend this business!
Went in to get a conch piercing and some new jewelry for a healed helix piercing. Nic was so helpful - was honest in his recommendations for what he thought would heal best, and also what would look best. Nic was patient while I looked at different jewelry options - and their selection of jewelry is beautiful. I had a great experience with my initial piercing. The staff is great and their handmade jewelry is beautiful. I recently had an issue with one of my earrings and they went above and beyond, making me two new earrings.
Absolutely great! I got my cartilage pierced and it was 90$ in total. Sounds expensive I know but when you’ve got sensitive skin you’ve got to get the best earrings. Alan was great! We walked in and it took about 15 minutes. Super quick and I’m happy with the way it turned out! Thanks Alan.
I came in yesterday with a nasty granuloma. Nic changed the stud I had in, recommended a different cleaning solution, and 24 hours later it’s 1000% better than what it was. Thank you thank you thank you!
