So last weekend, as a new adventure, I took my Mom on a day trip from the Triangle to Bella Filati. I read the reviews online and was impressed with those. They did not lie! The customer service was friendly, informative and so helpful! Fun ladies that work there! AND to top it all off, I received a personal, hand-written thank you card in the mail from Holly the owner just a few days later (a lost art, thank you cards, in my opinion). Holly and her staff are wonderful ! They are so knowledgeable about patterns and yarn. I really appreciated their help and encouragement. Today was my first visit to the shop and it will not be my last.
Stopped yesterday and have now found my favorite yarn shop when visiting the area. Beautiful yarns and very friendly gals. I found exactly what I wanted and they did a great job winding the hank!

This is a great place to shop for yarns that you won't find in big box stores. The ladies are super helpful and friendly and didn't shun me when I walked in the first time with my special needs 3 year old son. I was terrified from past shop experiences, but this shop didn't even blink an eye. They have a decent assortment of fiber blends and also offer fabulous yarns from indie dyers which is my weakness.
