I just went into Bella Figura on the Upper East Side. The store was empty besides the two older ladies who work there. I had to speak to them since they didn't greet me. I asked about custom Save The Dates. I was told they only took appts (the website says walk ins welcome) and they were fully booked today. So I asked for the next available appt, and after being told they are fully booked tomorrow too, she found an open appt. As I'm at the counter, another couple walks in and are instantly greeted. From start to finish, Bella Figura has been absolutely AMAZING! We made our first appointment in August of 2014 to get the ball rolling for wedding invitation ideas and we were so impressed, we ended up ordering everything for our July 2015 wedding: Engagement Party invites, Save the Dates, Bridal Shower Invitations, Thank You Cards and the entire Wedding invitation suite. Bella Figura and their sister company, Smock, are a perfect storm of superior product, excellent customer service & one of the best turnarounds in the industry for the level of hand-crafted letterpressed & foil-pressed invitations their customers receive.
