I’ve been coming here since 2022. In the past, the front desk staff had been polite, but not very friendly/upbeat—not that it matters as long as they’re not rude and get their job done, but it’s nice to come to a place where people seem to be happy to assist. This last visit everyone was super friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, intake person, and the person at the lab were all very professional and friendly. According to Google and every where else, your closing time is 5pm. Today I came at 430 to pick up important paperwork and the doors were locked and noone answering the phone. This is not good business. Either change your hours on the internet or honor what you say you are open until. The inconvenience to me of leaving work early could have been avoided.

It is impossible to talk on the phone with anyone at the doctor's office. When you call, they put you on hold for at least one hour and then ask if you need to schedule appointments. If you say you want to talk to the nurse, they hang up. Absolutely ridiculous. I have also sent 4 messages to this doctor and have yet to receive first reply. I am dropping him like a hot potato. Think before you elect him to be your primary physician.
