It is impossible to talk on the phone with anyone at the doctor's office. When you call, they put you on hold for at least one hour and then ask if you need to schedule appointments. If you say you want to talk to the nurse, they hang up. Absolutely ridiculous. I have also sent 4 messages to this doctor and have yet to receive first reply. I am dropping him like a hot potato. Think before you elect him to be your primary physician.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a doctors office. the receptionists are always rude. Each time I have left they assured me that I do not have a balance due, but I have subsequently been billed. They are not knowledgeable nor do they care about the patients. The service is far from professional and I will not be returning.
I was extremely impressed with how efficient they are. The front office staff were kind and professional and the nurse was the same but asked thorough questions to make sure the doctor was informed prior to seeing me. Dr. Watts took her time with me and I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. My wife is now planning to have Dr. Watts as her primary care provider.
