Excuse me, but HR blows
Do your research! Junk. I have a video that I want to share of this shaftless elevator. In less than a two year period, we are on the second elevator, because the 1st one locked me in. Then it would run away going down, and one time without us in it, thank the Lord, it freefell 8' to the floor shaking the house and rattling dishes in the cabinet. The brake didn't stop, and it just dropped out of the ceiling. A complete new one was installed by our dealer, (who has been fantastic, BTW) 6 months later! Now the second elevator ... read more
