Holly did a great job on my nails, I asked for a gel manicure with matte black and a thin gold design, and she delivered! She also forgot to do the hot stone part of the package and came back of her own accord just to make sure I got what I asked for! Nhan did my pedicure and he was gentle and precise. Both were lovely and did an excellent job! Don’t mind the bug bites on my foot in the photo!!

I've been coming to this nail spa for about a year and usually get dipping powder, which I've always been happy with. Recently, the staff recommended that I try Gel-X, saying it would be better for my nails and last longer. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I am extremely disappointed with my manicure. I explained my request repeatedly throughout the appointment, yet the final result was completely inconsistent with what I asked for. I wanted purple hue tone French tips with polka dots. Instead I got pink polka dots. She didn’t remove the old nails, builder gel was simply applied on top, leaving obvious new growth visible underneath. My nails were DESTROYED by improper Gel X removal! This was my first time getting Gel X extensions, and I chose them because I’ve been told they are much healthier for the nail bed than acrylics. When the tech removed them, she pried them off and then filed off what was left. This resulted in my nails being grooved, peeling, soft, and painful. Just ok, not great, not bad. I come to Bothell a lot, and always like trying out a new nail place. I felt they rushed, were not particularly friendly, and lacked focus on detail. They did provide a complimentary drink!
