I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. From start to finish, this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was clearly rushing, especially Vivian, showed zero attention to detail, and had no idea how to execute even a basic request—let alone the design I showed them. Last night I went to get a manicure and pedicure with a friend. Everything started out really well I loved the service at first. When my pedicure was about done and they were started my manicure. The woman who did my pedicure asked if I would be paying together or separate and when I told her separate she demanded I pay her right at that moment even reached behind my chair and handed me my purse even though I had not completed my manicure yet. Tons of colors to choose from in regular and gel type polish. My nails always look great when they finish.
Nancy and Annie did my manicure and pedicure today on Halloween…and I have never had a better experience! They both made me feel like I was in heaven!! The attention to detail was absolutely incredible. I will definitely come back and bring all my friends and family!
