Called Bella's for fresh cut flowers to be delivered to the Hancock Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, but our phone call was cut short as my wife showed up, however...Kehly asked if I could text the details and I said of course. Successfully texted the details, answered questions, set the delivery location and time and was able to pay via secure link texted to my phone! It couldn't have worked out better. Thank you so much for making our weekend getaway one to remember!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend's place of employment. The flowers were delivered on time and exactly as described. She loved the way they were arranged. Great experience, and I will use them again in the future.
I wish that I could leave ZERO stars. Absolutely terrible and scammy customer service. I placed my order in August and never heard anything back but the order What is really happening here showed that it had shipped, two weeks later I messaged the seller twice before I got a response if her telling me she had no idea how she missed the order but that she would ship the order immediately that day, two weeks later no response and no shipping update.
