There is a reason this place has the lowest ratings of all dermatologists in Reno. I’ve been a dermatology patient at other doctors for 35+ years and this is the worst place I’ve ever been!!
I am leaving this review a couple of years later. I believe dr. Ai’s practice is aimed to collect money. They schedule me multiple appointments for small procedures, which could have been addressed in one appointment but that would mean only one copay and one insurance charge instead of the multiple charges and appointments they made me have. One of the moles that dr. Ai removed was not removed completely and when I addressed this issue with her 6 days after the procedure she said that it grew back in only 6 days! And I had ... read more

Dr. AI is great! Very friendly and professional.
Horrible customer service over the phone. I would have never gone to that office after that. The staff was more than disappointing when I called to make an appointment.
