Staff is friendly. Doctor very attentive! Great experience!
After I had just had a baby and was also hit by a truck, Dr. said to me, "Well, you must have diabetes, because look at you", even after I had told her I had been tested for diabetes during pregnancy and wasn't at risk.
There is a reason this place has the lowest ratings of all dermatologists in Reno. I’ve been a dermatology patient at other doctors for 35+ years and this is the worst place I’ve ever been!!
I am leaving this review a couple of years later. I believe dr. Ai’s practice is aimed to collect money. They schedule me multiple appointments for small procedures, which could have been addressed in one appointment but that would mean only one copay and one insurance charge instead of the multiple charges and appointments they made me have. One of the moles that dr. Ai removed was not removed completely and when I addressed this issue with her 6 days after the procedure she said that it grew back in only 6 days! And I had ... read more
