Since writing my original review, I have had to alter it. Unfortunately, Bella Derma is no longer a five star spa. They are experiencing issues with management, owners, or something within the business that has had a significant negative impact on multiple aspects of the spa. They no longer have massage therapists or nail technicians. One day they’ll have someone for one of these services, the next day they won’t (and probably won’t for several months.) this has been the case off and on for the past year.
