We are a cattle ranch that provides the highest quality 100% Grass Fed beef raised under Organic principles. Cattle are fed fresh grasses from birth to finish. And some hay during winter. Never any antiobiotics or hormones used. Cattle graze freely with 1 cow per acre during winter time at the home ranch. And 1 cow per 500 acres up in the alpine meadows during summer time. All beef is humanely butchered and dry-aged for 14-21 days.
