I considered my husband and I living in Bella Collina. We looked at their website, we saw so many beautiful pictures and videos there. Everything was looking so good. I've just came back with my friend who was looking to buy a house in Bella Collina and he told me that he fell in love with the place. Well, the place is really nice, but one thing he forgot to do, his homework. And that is what love does to smart investors! So, I did the homework. 500 lawsuits? Two of my friends got married at Bella Collina. I only managed to attend one of the weddings there and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The wedding was at a small restaurant with decent food and not satisfying service at all. I felt like the staff was not in the mood of serving, strange! I was on my friend's wedding here in Bella Collina about 1 year ago. She was the bride. The most gorgeous one! Her wish of being fancy in a beautiful place like Bella Collina was fulfilled! Everything was great, until they came to the step of settling up the bills after the wedding. So they've charged them with extra fees, which were not agreed on before with a rude explanation "That's how it is. This is your wedding and these are your costs!" I mean wow!? A community where people are selectively enforced. I found out that there are a lot of issues in this community. I visited it in late Dec on my friend wedding. We were in club and they had way loud speakers while there were residents living nearby. I saw few residents looking towards club angrily which I can understand their situation. Upon my asking they told me that they pay $80,000 initiation fee and $10,000 yearly fee for the club which mostly is not accessible to them. Also this club disturbs their peace. I was here with my cousin to check the Spa center and their services. From the moment we entered, we felt like we are not welcomed there. I don't know why, but the girl there was not in the mood of talking with us and answering our questions. We were like OK, let's just continue. So we went there to just look on the houses, check on them, check on the community and see if something will catch our eyes. It is a lake side community with about 900 homes there.
