I went to get fingerprints for being an EMT. Making an appointment was easy, and I came like 5 hours before my appointment to see if they’d take me and they did. Collin helped me and he was super nice and personable, I had 0 wait time, and I got in and out of there in 5 mins or less.
The receptionist is garbage has a rude attitude & no customer service, front desk was empty upon arrival no one there to greet you, they barely have any staff…. I wouldn’t come here
