I called yesterday, a man picked up, Ask him if they would be open tomorrow, mother’s Day He said yes, what service are you looking for? I said I just need my hair washed. Nothing done just washed. His demeanor was very mean, He said oh no, we don’t do just that. Mind you it’s a woman that’s calling him, He doesn’t know if I’m a mother and just want my hair washed for the day. I am very pleased with the wonderful job that Lauren did with my hair. I was in the neighborhood and saw that this place was open, decided to come in. Although I did not have an appointment they were very nice and accommodated me. Lauren did my hair and I left that place feeling like a new person! The atmosphere was nice and everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable in my opinion. I gave them a reference photo with the style that i wanted and I also verbalized light bangs and lots of layers and they gave me blunt bangs with no layers? Once I saw in the mirror that she had given me blunt bangs all across, it was already too late. If you can’t do a haircut I request then should have said something ahead of time and I would’ve went on my way.
