I had them do my kitchen. I was not all happy. Between a lousy tile layer to ordering the wrong tile to begin with.

Cindy, a conversation in person would have been nice. The tile setter we used came back to fix the tile issues. He is an independent contractor. We no longer use this individual. Yes the wrong tile was ordered by my assistant at the time. We are all humans and sometimes make mistakes but the correct tile was reordered and installed. They do a wonderful job of picking out finishes that work with the rest of your home. My house was built in the 50s so we are keeping both the old and updating with new. They also take into account what you can afford and guide you in the right direction. They take care of arranging with all the different service people you need for the job. One stop shopping. I am very satisfied and would hire them again for other updates in my home.
