Office is great as is Dr Tran, however, I still do not have my prescription, 24 hours later. I’d recommend they change this policy.
I’m giving Bella Cara 2 stars primarily because of the communication and front desk experience, not the medical care I received from Dr. Tran. About 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment (which was made weeks in advance), I received a call saying I had an unpaid balance that needed to be paid or I wouldn’t be seen. Dr Le and team are amazing!!
Dr. Donna Tran was the third dermatologist that I had recently seen. She is such a kind and patient doctor. She was the first dermatologist who I felt listened to me and helped explain everything so that it made sense. She took her time and examine my concerns. She made sure that all my questions were answered. I walked out of her office, feeling seen and heard for the first time in a long time. I look forward to my follow up appointment with her and would highly recommend her.
Dr. Tran is the best! She has a great bedside demeanor, always explains procedures and offers choices and options. I completely trust her and feel like I am in great care.
