I went here years ago to receive a spiral perm with hair down my back. The girl that did my hair put the rods so tight on my head it pulled out my hair and gave me a serious headache, my scalp was on fire. The owner just sat there and let her do it. . The girl left that perm in my head for over 45 minutes , she fried my hair and scalp. My hair never grew back and is now very thin. I should of sued her. She should not be in business.

I made my daughter an appointment at bella capelli to get a cut and colour. My daughter explicitly said she did not want to lose much length, she ended up losing a lot and was heart broken. The cut itself was supposed to be long layers but ended up looking like a mullet with the choppy layers starting at her ears. As for the colour, the blonde highlights she wanted were streaky and there was a hard line about an inch away from her scalp where they started, they looked horrible .
