I made my daughter an appointment at bella capelli to get a cut and colour. My daughter explicitly said she did not want to lose much length, she ended up losing a lot and was heart broken. The cut itself was supposed to be long layers but ended up looking like a mullet with the choppy layers starting at her ears.
