I would highly recommend making an appointment at Bella Bridesmaids in Huntington New York when looking for that special dress. I am not a shopper by nature and felt completely overwhelmed in looking for a gown for my son’s wedding. I had tried the online shopping route and high-end department stores and came up empty. I called last minute in a panic and the ladies here were absolutely AMAZING!! They were so accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be referring anyone I know here for dresses!! I need a white dress for Greece ASAP and they were beyond helpful. Thank you again! Xo Lisa
Wouldn’t recommend this for your wedding / bridesmaids needs. When paying so much for a basic dress, I would at least expect good customer service and a minor interest in resolving issues. I had a snag within minutes of putting on a dress purchased from here and the response was dismissive and patronizing. Look elsewhere for your needs.
I went to the Huntington location for a fitting. The dresses were ready for me, however they were not in a variety of sizes. I was only given a size 10 and 18 and had to request to try something on inbetween. The staff was rude and only kept trying to rush the try ons and take away the dresses as quickly as possible. They provided no suggestions. They were not friendly and made the process seem like a burden.
