Snobby Sales Girls – If you're in the mood to be completely ignored then this is your place. I don't want to be hounded while shopping, but a simple hello acknowledging me would be nice. The sales girls need to get over themselves. Do not waste your time or money.
attitude & service – after reading the other reviews, i was glad to see that i was not the only one getting totally ignored by the staff here. i certainly welcome any funky boutique that provides a place for me to pop in and pick up a few things, but given more options, i would not shop here. shopping can be such an intimidating process anyway - nothing fits, can't afford it, dressing room lights make me look like death, i'm too fat - etc etc. no one needs further intimidation by the sales staff and especially an owner. they... read more
Snob central – I am a local nashville girl, who likes to find designer deals. I found my favorite jeans at Bella and they were next to the door on the marked down table. 70% off. However, the staff is very snobby and extremely rude. It doesn't make sense when the staff acts like they're better than you and they're the one's behind a counter. Don't go unless you want to deal with some serious attitude problems.
extremely disappointed – I have shopped @ boutique bella 3 times and every time I have left disgusted. There is no hint of Customer Service or care. The help leaves you feeling as though you are inconviencing them. I have found items which I wanted to purchase, but thought twice because of their complete rudeness and inconsiderate manner. Even a simple hello would be tooo much to ask in this establishment. I WILL NOT shop here again. Consider yourself warned.
Horrible – Don't go here unless your really have extra money to throw away on overpriced clothing! It's insane how much they are charging for this "designer" stuff! I'd much rather just shop at the mall or at TJ Maxx!
Finallly! Nashville is noticed. – I think the service is great. The girls really get to know you and your style and always make great suggestions. It's great to see Nashville shopping make National magazines like Lucky, In Style and Seventeen. Where ever I go, I know I will be current with the styles because I ONLY shop at Boutique Bella. By the way...30 minute parking is not enforced.
overrated! – The clothes in botique bella are, obviously, trendy brands, and hence highly overpriced. If that's your thing, go for it. But prepare yourself to be utterly ignored by the salespeople, because every time I've been in this store, the sales girls have been chatting either with each other or on the phone and have never so much as glanced up to notice the customers in the store. Personally, I'd rather take my business elsewhere - preferably to a store that offers SOME service.
