This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this business in a 6-week timeframe. Last time, I showed up for my appointment with Adriana (booked at my previous appointment), and she was not there. The other employee had no idea I had an appointment, but she got me in. I made another appointment for today at 11:20am. I thought something might be wrong because I did not receive a confirmation for this appointment, as I had before. Ciera is truly amazing! Every time I see her, I feel so comfortable, safe, and cared for. She has such a calming presence that makes waxing and facials a positive and even enjoyable experience. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of my waxes but it’s very frustrating to get there and they are closed when they are supposed to open. I’ve showed up between 9-11 a few times and the door is locked and lights off. I call and the owner isn’t helpful at all.Doesn't even know if her employees are at work. It’s very unprofessional and disappointing because I started coming here because I had the ability to just walk in. Life’s crazy so scheduling an appointment doesn’t work for me.
