I was disappointed. Based on all the great reviews I figured I was in good hands. I haven't gotten the brazilian service in 7 weeks, and I’ve getting this service for 8 years. I felt that the wax was too thin and Adrianna’s technique when pulling the wax off caused more pain than usual. Adrianna also kept questioning me why I waited 7 weeks which was annoying. I booked this appointment which showed a price of $40.50. Adrianna tried to charge me $55 then corrected it to $45 which was still not correct. I won’t go here again.

I wanted to give a good rating, but too disappointed to do so. Although, Adrianna is very friendly, she didn’t do a good job at all with my Brazilian Wax. And to make matters worse, it was my very first experience. It was so extremely painful, but it was understood that there would be pain. However, after all that pain, the very next day, I felt hair.
