horrible experience. i had purchased flowers for a friend to arrive while i was away, not only were the wrong bouquet delivered but it was delivered more than a month early. and when told about the mistake, they went to my friends house and demanded the flowers to be returned, and told her to keep the card as she was not getting a replacement. this experience has ruined my friends birthday surprise and the day in general. would not wish this treatment upon any birthday girl.
Bella Blossom exceeded our expectation every time we used them. They did magnificent garlands for our Son's Hindu Wedding function and beautiful White Lillies and Roses arrangements for our mother's funeral at short notice. The owner is an elegant, pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional Lady. She is hands-on, seen working in the store daily. We highly recommend Bella Blossom florist to grace any occasion.
Bella Blossams did a beautiful arrangement for my grandmother's 90th birthday. They even found a "90" number balloon to include with the arrangement. As I reside out of the country it was great to be able to trust Marjan to do something special for my grandmother. Thanks again!
Marjan was a delight to help me with 4 bouquets, 4 centrepieces and 5 buttonhole pieces for my wedding. She truly went above and beyond for a very important event in my life. I had such a fantastic experience with this florist! The service was incredibly friendly, and they gave me great advice on colour combinations for the bouquet. It was put together so quickly, and the result was absolutely stunning. The recipient loved it and couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful it was! I’ll definitely be back for more. It's a shame I didn't take photos. Highly recommend! 💐✨
