staff is unfriendly and seemed annoyed I was even there. Bought a dress elsewhere with kind, helpful associates!
I couldn't recommend Bella Bianca more to any bride at any stage in their dress shopping process! Lara was the best stylist. She was knowledgeable about all the designers, fabrics and designs, patient with me and my family, and offered advice that I had not heard before (and this was my 9th bridal appointment!) I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the experience I had at Bella Bianca at Oakbrook! Although I had an idea of what kind of silhouette I wanted when I went in for my appointment, I wasn’t sure what kind of style I wanted and after working with Lara- everything just fell into place! I had my first bridal appointment at Bella Bianca in Oakbrook and it was the best first appointment I could ask for! I was a little unsure of what I wanted but my stylist Lara did such an incredible job of pulling dresses for me and narrowing down what I want and don’t want in a wedding gown. She was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in my wedding dress shopping journey
Kiara is the absolute best! So organized, helpful, patient, and a great listener. I felt so comfortable with her and Bella Bianca has all the best dresses. I would 100% recommend Bella Bianca to any bride. Best decision of the wedding planning process!
