I can’t recommend Bella enough! I started seeing her in my second trimester of pregnancy for some discomfort and preparing my body for birth. I have since been seeing her while I navigate my postpartum healing journey and building back my strength. She is so knowledgeable and such a wonderful resource whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or just looking for a great PT!
Bella is so great! She really helps you understand what’s going on in your body and what creates instability or pain. She took the time to answer my many questions and discuss my concerns to help tailor a plan for me. We saw improvement in 2 sessions which was really encouraging. I cannot recommend Dr. Benjamin enough! Rebuilding strength in my calf felt like an uphill battle until I started working with her. She provided a perfect balance of manual therapy and a realistic home exercise program that actually fit into my life. Bella is incredibly patient, encouraging, and highly skilled at what she does. I’m finally feeling confident on my feet again, and I owe it all to the fantastic care I received here. Five stars isn't enough!
Amazing physical therapist! She takes the time to truly listen and understand what’s going on, with zero judgment and genuine care. I love the clear exercises and homework that keep me on track, plus the follow-up that helps with accountability. You can tell Dr. Benjamin truly wants to help you get better. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Bella! It's rare to be able to spend longer duration sessions with PTs and really dive in. I have a complicated case and she took it on with a thoughtful approach, really thinking through the nitty gritty and was very insightful. We've worked through nervous system regulation, pelvic floor, helping get me out of overcompensation patterns from a hip surgery I had a few years ago and working on getting me into working out with correct forms/breathing. Making big progress and Super grateful!
