This is my favorite dentist and I recommend her to all of my friends. I have 2 illnesses that DESTROY my teeth and Dr. **** goes above and beyond every single visit to give me the best quality care I have ever had. She is very busy because they are very popular, as they should be. My whole family had been going to Bella Bella for many years. Sometimes the atmosphere was very tense between the dentist and staff, but we overlooked that because we felt the dentists were great. But over the last year and a half we started to see extra charges on things that when asked, we were told to contact the billing department. When we did that the billing department couldnt tell us what the charges were for. The service was ok, but the reason I'm only giving a one star is because of their billing department. As a new patient, I called the office and provided them with my dental insurance. After verifying my plan, they stated that my plan covered x-rays and 2 cleanings a year. After our service, my husband and I received each a bill for our x-rays. The office performed a specific extra x-ray exam that my insurance was not covering. I understand that I have to pay any balance the insurance does not cover, but my complaint is that ... read more
