I had my hair done by Vivian. I showed her what i wanted and asked if she could do it she said yes. I was there for 3 hours and my hair was nothing like the picture i showed her. She said she would fix it right then. I stayed longer because she said it would only take a few minutes, thats was a lie, still not right. I ended up leaving and said i would come back the following day for her fix it. When i got home and got a really good look at my hair it was horrible.
